Background

Rendanheyi Silicon Valley Center was founded in 2020 in Atherton, California by Dr. Annika Steiber at Menlo College in collaboration with the HMI at Haier. With the constant change that is happening in the business world, the center focuses on management for the 21st Century, a century characterized by rapid technological development and disruption of most parts of the world as we knew it.

Goal

Our mission is to support forward- looking executives that want to lead their companies into the 21st century, by offering a new generation of business certificate courses and programs.

Activities

The Rendanheyi Silicon Valley Center will launch a portfolio of front-edge and highly effective, management and leadership certificate courses during 2021 and 2022. Each course is instructed by globally known thought leaders in the field. In 2022, more courses are in the pipeline to be launched. The Center also provides provocative and unique events such as webinars in order to disseminate new and highly relevant knowledge to forward-thinking executives all around the world. In 2021, some of our webinars provided will be:

  • Dynamic Simplicity-How to Respond to the New Reality;
  • From empires to rain forests. Haier's Rendanheyi as the model for success in the platform era;
  • Leadership for Exponential Opportunities.

Overview of services

We use leading edge research and management models such as the Rendanheyi model as an inspiration for identifying the management principles and practices needed for high performance in the 21st century and the digital age. Further, we collaborate with thought- leaders and partners in the Alliance of Business Ecosystems, to access the latest management knowledge, top profile instructors and partners promoting our courses and programs.
